RESOLUTION NO. 171

A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND RECOGNIZING
HELENA “KUTCHIE MAE” TEOPE FOR WINNING THE TITLE,
“OUTSTANDING SWIMMER” IN THE WORLD SWIM MALARIA COMPETITION LAST DECEMBER 10, 2005 HELD
AT THE YMCA, OLONGAPO CITY


WHEREAS, once again an Olongapeño, in the person of Helena “Kutchie Mae” Teope made waves in the World Swim Malaria Competition last December 10, 2005 at the YMCA, this City;

WHEREAS, “Kutchie Mae” awarded as the Outstanding Swimmer in the said feat began her swimming quest by training extensively and clinched numerous awards as a budding swimmer;

WHEREAS, the City is proud to have another constituent imbibed with sturdy values and determination that carried her on through excellently in the arena of sports;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to congratulate, as it hereby congratulates Helena “Kutchie Mae” Teope for winning the title, “Outstanding Swimmer” in the World Swim Malaria Competition last December 10, 2005 held at the YMCA, Olongapo City.
