RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO 19

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT TWO HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP259,000.00) FOR THE FOOTBALL SUMMER FORUM
BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESION ASSEMBLED, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Pesos (PhP259,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the following items under he Office of the City Mayor to wit:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 19 April 2006, the memorandum from Mr. Angelito B.Layug dated 30 January 2006 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated________________ issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
