ORDINANCE NO. 22
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (PHP6,700.00) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC WATER SOURCE AT PUROK 1, ABRA STREET, BARANGAY BARRETTO, OLONGAPO CITY


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (PhP6,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the construction of a public water source at Purok 1, Abra Street, Barangay Barretto, Olongapo City.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent Memorandum of Arch. Tony Kar Balde III, City Planning & Development Coordinator dated April 26, 2006, 1st Indorsment of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino dated March 27, 2006, copy of the letter of the residents of the aforementioned Purok and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated May 2, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
