RESOLUTION NO. 91
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC WATER SOURCE AT PUROK 1, ABRA STREET, BO. BARRETTO, OLONGAPO CITY


WHEREAS, residents of Purok 1, Abra Street, Bo. Barretto, this city relies mainly on the delivery of water supply from Subicwater which is scheduled once a week or at times none at all;


WHEREAS, in the interest of public service and for the general welfare of the residents in the said area, the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod deem it proper that a public water source be constructed;


NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,


RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the construction of a public water source at Purok 1, Abra Street, Bo. Barretto, Olongapo City.
