RESOLUTION NO. 84
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE CONTRACT OF AFFILIATION ENTERED INTO BY THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE JAMES “BONG” GORDON, JR. IN BEHALF OF THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WITH THE MONDRIAAN AURA COLLEGE, INC.

WHEREAS, the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod approved Resolution No. 11, Series of 2006, entitled, “A Resolution Authorizing The City Mayor Honorable James Gordon, Jr. To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Agreement For And In Behalf Of The Olongapo City Health Department And James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital With Mondriaan Aura College, Inc.”;

WHEREAS, in its quest to ensure optimum public health welfare and safety, the Olongapo City Government agrees and allows the affiliation and training of nursing students of Mondriaan Aura College, Inc. at James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,


RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies The Contract Of Affiliation Entered Into By The City Mayor, Honorable James “Bong” Gordon, Jr. in behalf of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital With The Mondriaan Aura College, Inc.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signed Contract of Affiliation be made as an integral part of this Resolution.
