In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 32
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR MILLION
ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (PHP4,198,000.00)
TO THE ITEMS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Four Million One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP4,198,000.00) is hereby appropriated to the following Items under the Office of the City Mayor, to wit:

The fund is hereby made available from the monetization of the City’s IRA Share for Calendar Years 2000 and 2001.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 29 March 2006 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated May 03, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
