RESOLUTION NO. 156

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE JAMES GORDON, JR.
FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH SAMAHANG UGNAYAN
SA GAWAING PAMPAMAYANAN SA OLONGAPO (SUGPO)
REGARDING THE SOUVENIR SHOP


WHEREAS, the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod approved Resolution No. 155, Series of 2006, entitled “A Resolution Superseding Resolution No. 64, Series of 2006 and Authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Samahang Ugnayan sa Gawaing Pampamayanan sa Olongapo (SUGPO) represented by Ms. Virginia Bitangcol regarding the operation of a sourvenir shop.”

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum Of Agreement Between The City Mayor, Honorable James Gordon, Jr. For And In Behalf Of The City With Samahang Ugnayan sa Gawaing Pampamayanan Sa Olongapo (SUGPO) Regarding The Souvenir Shop

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the said Memorandum of Agreement forms part of this Resolution.
