In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo co-sponsored by Councilor Angelina B. Andrada, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 33
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP2,008,500.00) UNDER PERSONAL SERVICES OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT CHARGEABLE
AGAINST IRA SHARE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT 2000-2001


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Million Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP2,008,500.00) is hereby appropriated for the following:
Amount
Subsistence Allowance PhP927,000.00
Laundry Allowance 185,400.00
Hazard Pay 896,100.00
Total PhP2,008,500.00

The fund is hereby made available under Personal Services of the City Health Department chargeable against the Released IRA Share of the City Government for Calendar Years 2000 and 2001.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 03 July 2006 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated July 03, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
