In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 34
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS & 84/100 (PHP7,642,434.84) FOR PAYMENT OF PROJECTS CHARGEABLE UNDER
PAGCOR FUNDS, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Four Pesos & 84/100 (PhP7,642,434.84) is hereby appropriated for payment of projects chargeable under PAGCOR Funds, Office of the City Mayor to wit:

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable James Gordon, Jr. dated July 4, 2006 and a Certificate of Availability of Funds dated July 5, 2006 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
