In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 35
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT THIRTY SIX THOUSAND FORTY FOUR PESOS AND 33/100 (PHP36,044.33) TO THE ITEM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE – OFFICE EQUIPMENT, UNDER MOOE OF THE CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE CHARGEABLE FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Thirty Six Thousand Forty Four Pesos and 33/100 (PhP36,044.33) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Repairs and Maintenance – Office Equipment under Maintenance & Other Operating Expense (MOOE) of the Office of the City Treasurer.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr., dated 30 June 2006 and the letter of Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer together with the Certificate of Availability of Fund are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.
