RESOLUTION NO. 135
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. FOR AND BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH BARANGAY WEST BAJAC-BAJAC REPRESENTED BY BARANGAY CAPTAIN NAPOLEON F. CAPISTRANO FOR THE USE OF BARANGAY WEST BAJAC-BAJAC FACILITIES FOR OLONGAPO CITY TRAINING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod through Resolution No. 124, Series of 2006 authorized the City Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, represented by Barangay Chairman, Napoleon F. Capistrano regarding the use of Barangay West Bajac-Bajac facilities for the Olongapo City Training Program;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement Between The City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. For And Behalf Of The City With Barangay West Bajac-Bajac Represented By Barangay Captain Napoleon F. Capistrano For The Use Of Barangay West Bajac-Bajac Facilities For Olongapo City Training Program.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement be attached to this Resolution.

Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished to Brgy. Chairman Napoleon F. Capistrano of West Bajac-Bajac, this City.
