RESOLUTION NO. 137
(Series of 2006)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITY PROJECTS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2006-2007 AMOUNTING TO THIRTY MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE PESOS AND 45/100 (PHP30,315,141.45)


WHEREAS, the city government prepared a line-up of priority projects for approval of this Body;

WHEREAS, the said projects include concreting/patching/asphalting of road, construction of drainage system, rehabilitation and repair of offices, building and multi-purpose center, etc. in various barangays of the City assessed as worthy of implementation.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the priority projects for Calendar Year 2006-2007 amounting to Thirty Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Forty One Pesos and 45/100 (PhP30,315,141.45).
