In the interest of the public service and on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 49
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS (PHP48,708.00) FOR THE COMPENSATION OF REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE UNIFIED LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM (ULIS) PROJECT CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE SALE OF GOVERNMENT LOTS UNDER TRUST FUND ACCOUNT

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Pesos for the compensation of representative for the Unified Land Information System (ULIS) Project is hereby appropriated chargeable against the Sale Of Government Lots under Trust Fund Account.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon Jr., dated 11 August 2008, Memorandum from Ms. Marey Beth D. Marzan dated 04 August 2008 and Certificate of Availability of Funds from the City Treasurer Marcelino Andawi dated 20 August 2008 shall be made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
