A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF LANDFILL RECYCLERS ASSOCIATION OF OLONGAPO, INC. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

 WHEREAS, Landfill Association of Olongapo, Inc. applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as SEC Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, Landfill Association of Olongapo, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Certificate of Incorporation Number CN201015390 issued on September 23, 2010;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the accreditation of Landfill Recyclers Association of Olongapo, Inc. pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
