A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION OF KABALIKAT CIVICOM ASSOCIATION, INC. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

 WHEREAS, Kabalikat Civicom Association, Inc. applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as SEC Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, Kabalikat Civicom Association, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Certificate of Incorporation Number AN094000339 issued on January 27, 1994;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the accreditation of Kabalikat Civicom Association, Inc.  pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
