AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF

IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBED, THAT:
SECTION
1. The Supplemental Budget of the City of
Olongapo for Calendar Year 2014 with a total amount Thirty Two Million Three
Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and 68/100 (PhP32,387,127.68)
is hereby approved.
The budget documents consisting of the following are
incorporated herein and made integral part of this Ordinance:

SECTION
4. Separability Clause. If, for any reason,
any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or
unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected
thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.
SECTION
5. Effectivity. The provisions of this Ordinance shall take
effect upon its approval.
