A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO, TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMISSION ON POPULATION, REGION III, REPRESENTED BY ELEANOR M. CURA, REGIONAL DIRECTOR WITH REGARD TO THE TURNOVER OF EQUIPMENT FOR POPULATION PROGRAM TO THE CITY OF OLONGAPO

WHEREAS, the Population Commission has the mandate of law to coordinate and monitor all population activities under the Philippines Population Management Program;

WHEREAS, Olongapo City, as an active participant of the said program, and in the spirit of public service abides with the POPCOM to achieve an effective population program and mutually agree to effect the transfer of ownership and accountability of equipment which were previously issued are to be issued or intended to be used for the said program;

WHEREAS, the equipment for turnover to the City Government of Olongapo are the following:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,  by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino, to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Commission on Population, Region III, represented by Eleanor M. Cura, Regional Director with regard to the turnover of equipment for Population Program to the City of Olongapo
