RESOLUTION NO. 109
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR,
HON. JAMES GORDON JR., TO ENTER INTO A MUTUAL ACCREDITATION AGREEMENT WITH THE FG FINANCIAL COMPANY, INCORPORATED,
FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

WHEREAS, FG Financial Company, Incorporated, one of the country’s leading financial companies, engages in the promotion and marketing of its health care programs which include preventive health, in-patient and out patient services;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod believes that the James L.Gordon Memorial Hospital is capable to provide the medical and hospital needs of members/patients under the health care programs of the said company;

WHEREAS, through selective accreditation of health insurance providers and companies such as the FG Financial Company, Incorporated, the JLGMH will significantly enhance its financial capability while members/patients benefit from the quality medical attention the hospital provides;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Hon. James Gordon Jr., to enter into a mutual accreditation agreement, with the FG Financial Company, Incorporated, for and in behalf of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital.
