RESOLUTION NO. 146
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITY PROJECTS
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2006-2007

WHEREAS, the City Mayor indorsed to the Sangguniang Panlungsod a list of priority projects for CY 2006-2007 amounting to Thirty Million Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seven Pesos and 02/100 (PhP30,908,207.02).

WHEREAS, the body deems it proper that the said infrastructure projects be approved;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino co- sponsored by Cynthia G. Cajudo, Bella P. Asuncion, Angelina B. Andrada, Brian Patrick H. Gordon, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez, Napoleon F. Capistrano and Robine Rose C. Buenafe, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the priority projects for the Calendar Year 2006-2007;

Let the letter of the City Mayor dated October 10, 2005 be attached to this Resolution.
