RESOLUTION NO. 172
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING SYMPATHIES AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE PEPITO ROBLES

WHEREAS, our dear Pepito Robles peacefully joined our Mighty Creator on December 16, 2005 at the age of 67;

WHEREAS, “Peping” as fondly called by many, has been a public figure in the media arena in the City of Olongapo. He has served his community once as a government employee and spent much of his life as a Radio Announcer, a Commentator and an Anchor in his morning radio slot entitled “Magandang Umaga” at the DWGO;

WHEREAS, the City Government is very grateful to have “Peping” around as he always make way to all of the invitations to be the EMCEE on most of the programs and always actively support the civic activities being initiated for the community;

WHEREAS, he has shown so much goodness to the people whom he worked with specially to his family. He was even more appreciated when he sent his daughter “Flores” to join in the just concluded “Ms. Ulo ng Apo Festival” as he significantly showed his bursting support;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of the Members Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to extend, as it hereby extends sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family of the late Pepito Robles;
