A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO AND THE OLONGAPO CITY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, INC. (OCGEMPCI) REGARDING AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION FROM PAYROLL OF BORROWING MEMBERS


WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85, Series of 2006 Authorized The City Mayor To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) With The Olongapo City Government Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. (OCGEMPCI) Regarding Automatic Deduction From Payroll Of Borrowing Members;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo co-sponsored by Councilors John Carlos G. delos Reyes, Bella P. Asuncion, Marey Beth D. Marzan, Angelina B. Andrada, Brian Patrick H. Gordon, Anselmo A. Aquino, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez, Napoleon F. Capistrano and Robine Rose C. Buenafe with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies The Memorandum Of Agreement Entered Into By And Between The City Of Olongapo And The Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. (OCGEMPCI) Regarding Automatic Deduction From Payroll Of Borrowing Members.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signed Memorandum of Agreement be attached to this Resolution.

RESOLVED FINALLY, AS IT HEREBY FINALLY RESOVED, that the amended or modified agreement signed by the parties be ratified by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
