In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 38
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE SUM OF SIXTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP16,500.00) FROM THE ITEM ELECTRICITY EXPENSE UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) TO THE ITEM OTHER MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENT UNDER CAPITAL OUTLAY BOTH UNDER THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP16,500.00) is hereby reverted from the item Electricity Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) to the item other Machineries and Equipment under Capital Outlay both under the Olongapo City Mall.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated July 20, 2006, memorandum of Mr. Honorio Gomez, OIC Mall Administrator, dated July 18, 2006 and the purchase request are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
