RESOLUTION NO. 02

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF MS. IRA CHLOEMN B. DAYLO AS SECRETARY OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GORDON COLLEGE


WHEREAS, the position Secretary of the Board of Trustees (BOT) at the Gordon College is of absolute importance as it holds an indispensable function in the recording of the BOT’s minutes of meeting and other pertinent documents necessary in the enactment of measures, policies and procedures in the said institution;

WHEREAS, the Members of the BOT unanimously indorsed the designation of Ms. Ira Chloemn B. Daylo as its Secretary, which the City Mayor favorably accepted and forwarded for the confirmation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to confirm, as it hereby confirms the appointment of MS. IRA CHLOEMN B. DAYLO as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Gordon College.
