A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY-WIDE FIESTA SALE ON NOVEMBER 30, DECEMBER 1 AND 2 AS PART OF THE 2007 CITY FIESTA ACTIVITIES

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Fiesta Committee spearheads the creation and execution of activities in line with the celebration of the annual City Fiesta;

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Fiesta Committee hopes to be of help to business establishments within the City by creating ways to contribute to their generation of revenues;

WHEREAS, one of the most effective ways to maximize revenues is by offering the public marked down or bargain prices on products and services;

WHEREAS, the City, through the Olongapo City Fiesta Committee, wishes for all business establishments to recover from weak sales during the lean season and move towards prosperity;

NOW, THEREFORE, on the joint motion of Councilors Angelito W. Baloy and Elena C. Dabu, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to encourage, as it hereby encourages all business establishments to participate in the City-wide Fiesta Sale on November 30, December 1 and 2 as part of the 2007 City Fiesta activities.

Let copies of this Resolution be furnished to all interested Business Establishments and Industry and the Public Affairs Office for information dissemination.
