A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) ENTERED BY AND BETWEEN THE OLONGAPO CITY HEALTH OFFICE REPRESENTED BY THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR JAMES GORDON, JR. AND LYCEUM SUBIC BAY REPRESENTED BY ITS PRESIDENT AND CEO, ALFONSO E. BORDA FOR THE TRAINING OF ITS NURSING STUDENTS IN FULFILLMENT OF THEIR COURSE REQUIREMENTS

WHEREAS, the City Council unanimously passed Resolution No. 105, Series of 2009 authorizing the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and between the Olongapo City Health Office and Lyceum Subic Bay represented by its President and CEO, Alfonso E. Borda for the training of its Nursing Students in fulfillment of their course requirements;

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to ratify the said Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to herald its execution;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon joint motion of Councilors Angelito W. Baloy and Jonathan G. Manalo with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to ratify, as it hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered by and between the Olongapo City Health Office represented by the Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. and Lyceum Subic Bay represented by its President and CEO, Alfonso E. Borda for the training of its Nursing Students in fulfillment of their course requirements.
