A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION OF KAPISANAN NG LINGAP KAPWA SA NAYON, INC. (KALIKASAN, INC.) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Kapisanan ng Lingap Kapwa sa Nayon, Inc. (KALIKASAN, Inc.) applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as SEC Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, KALIKASAN, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Registration Number CN201103441 issued on February 28, 2011;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the renewal of accreditation of Kapisanan ng Lingap Kapwa sa Nayon, Inc. (KALIKASAN, Inc.) pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
