In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 75
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY ONE PESOS AND 23/200 (PHP1,766,741.23) FROM THE SPECIAL ACCOUNT UNAPPROPRIATED IN THE GENERAL FUND TO THE ITEM REPAIR
AND MAINTENANCE – OTHER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE OLONGAPO CITY CONVENTION CENTER

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Pesos and 23/100 (PhP1,766,741.23) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the Special Account in the General Fund not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Repair and Maintenance – Other Public Infrastructure under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the Olongapo City Convention Center.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor James Gordon, Jr. dated 4 October 2005 is hereby made as an integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4 This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
