RESOLUTION NO. 111

A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. DANTE P. RAMOS, AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD II, SG-26 UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (ESMO)


WHEREAS, the City Mayor has appointed Mr. Dante P. Ramos as City Government Department Head II, Environmental Sanitation and Management Officer (ESMO) pursuant to Civil Service Laws, Rules and Regulations;

WHEREAS, Section 454(d) of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, provides that heads of departments shall be appointed by the City Mayor with the concurrence of the majority of all Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to affirm, as it hereby affirms the appointment of Mr. Dante P. Ramos as City Government Department Head II, SG-26 under the Environmental Sanitation and Management Office (ESMO) which effects the appropriation in the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two Pesos (PhP270,252.00) in the item City Government Department Head II under the account “Salaries” of the Environmental Sanitation and Management Office (ESMO).

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Dante P. Ramos comply with the provisions stated in the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.

RESOLVED FINALLY, AS IT IS HEREBY FINALLY RESOLVED, that copies of this Resolution be furnished MR. DANTE P. RAMOS and the Civil Service Commission thru the Personnel Office of the City of Olongapo for their information and reference.
