A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION OF

ULO  NG  APO  AMATEUR RADIO CLUB, INC. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC

 ACT 7160 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE  OF

THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, Ulo ng Apo Amateur Radio Club, Inc. applied to be accredited by the Sangguniang Panlungsod with accompanying documents such as SEC Registration, Annual Accomplishment Reports, Annual Financial Reports, and Organizational Profiles;

WHEREAS, Ulo ng Apo Amateur Radio Club, Inc. has the corresponding SEC Registration Number 141694 issued on June 22, 1987;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eyrma Yvette Marzan-Estrella, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

                                                                                                                    

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the renewal of accreditation of Ulo ng Apo Amateur Radio Club, Inc. pursuant to Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
