A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMPUTERIZATION OF THE PROCESSING AND ISSUANCE OF POLICE CLEARANCE
IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO

WHEREAS, the City endeavors that it provides optimum services to its constituents and as such implements a “same day release” policy for those who needs to secure pertinent records like the police clearance;

WHEREAS, this is made possible through the computerization of the processing and issuance of police clearances, so that securing the same shall no longer be an inconvenience to the public;

WHEREAS, the City acknowledges that the public will reap the benefits of the said computerization;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Cynthia G. Cajudo with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the computerization of the processing and issuance of police clearance in the City of Olongapo.
