            In the interest of public service and on motion of City Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

            RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 20

(Series of 2016)

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF

THIRTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PHP13,496,000.00)AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2016 – 5 (GF)

FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2016.

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1.  The Supplemental Budget of the City of Olongapo for Calendar Year 2016 with a total amount Thirteen Million Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos (PhP13,496,000.00) is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of this Ordinance:

1.        LBP Form No. 9 – Statement of Funding Sources

2.        LBP Form No. 10 – Statement of Supplemental Appropriation

SECTION 2. Sources of Funds.  The source of fund for the Supplemental Budget in the amount of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos (PhP13,496,000.00) shall be as follows:

SECTION 4. Separability Clause.  If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5.  Effectivity.  The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
