The amount of Seventy Thousand Pesos (PhP70,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not othef\vise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to cover the balance of the 14 units of cellphone~ and reverting the amount of One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos (PhPI27,OOO.OO) from Office Supplies Expense under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) to Office Equipment under the Capital Outlay of the Office of the City Council.
