AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP1,200,000.00) FOR THE OLONGAPO CITY MUSEUM

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Phpl,200,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the items Related to the Interior Design of the Olongapo City Museum.

SECTION 2. This appropnation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated October 14, 2003, and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated October 15, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

The amount of Three Million Two Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred Five Pesos and 971100 (Php3,223,305.97) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the additional works needed to fully complete the ground floor of the City Hall Extension, this city to wit:

SECTION 1. The amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,OOO.OO) is hereby reverted from Motor Vehicles under Capital Outlay (CO) to Repairs and Maintenance - Motor Vehicles under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) both under the Public Utilities Department.
