In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 52
(Series of 2007)

AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RAMON MAGSAYSAY DRIVE ON OCTOBER 26, 2007, FROM 9:00 AM TO OCTOBER 27, 2007, 2:00 AM

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:


SECTION 1. Ramon Magsaysay Drive is declared temporarily closed on October 26, 2007 from 9:00 am to October 27, 2007, 2:00 am.

SECTION 2. The above temporary closed road will be used for the preparation of the Semi Final Round of RED HORSE MUZIKLABAN slated on October 26, 2007.

SECTION 3. The Olongapo Business Club as the official organizer will spearhead the aforementioned activity and maintenance of public safety on the said date.

SECTION 4. The Office of Traffic Management and Public Safety will recommend the necessary routing of vehicles during the said temporary closure.

SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING RAMON MAGSAYSAY DRIVE FROM MARCH 08 AT 10:00 AM – MARCH 11 at 12:00 NOON

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. Ramon Magsaysay Drive is declared temporarily closed on March 08 at 10:00 am to March 11 at 12:00 noon.

SECTION 2. The above temporary closed road will be used for the preparation and conduct of the KALYE KASIYAHAN FESTIVAL 2007 slated on March 09-10.

SECTION 3. The Olongapo Business Club as the official organizer of KALYE KASIYAHAN 2007 will spearhead the tourism activities and maintenance of public safety on said dates.

SECTION 4. The Office of Traffic Management and Public Safety will recommend the necessary rerouting of vehicles during the said temporary closure. Copy of the map is hereby made as an integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
