In the interest of public service and on motion of Councilor Gregorio A. Manglicmot, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 142 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS (PHP5,114,883.00) FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CITY MUSEUM

BE lT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Five Million One Hundred Fourteen, Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Three Pesos (PhP5,114,883.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available for the completion of the City Museum.

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated November 18, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated November 19, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS AND 53/100 (PHP2,383,708.53) FOR THE COST OF ADDITIONAL WORKS FOR THE CITY MUSEUM PHASE I

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Pesos and 531100 (PhP2,383,708.53) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated, and the same is hereby made available for the cost of additional works for the City Museum Phase 1.

SECTION 2. This appropnation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated July 29, 2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated September 16, 2003 both issued by Mr. Marcelino D: Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
