ORDINANCE NO. 10
(Series of 2008)

AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE SCHEDULE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE FEES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The schedule of Locational Clearance fees provided under HULRB Resolution No. 760, Series of 2004 shall be adopted and made an integral part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect after its posting at conspicuous places in the City for at least three (3) consecutive weeks, posted in the city website and published in a local newspaper.

SECTION 3. The aforesaid schedule of shall be appended in the existing Revenue Code of the City.

SECTION 4. Let copies of this Ordinance be furnished the Office of the City Treasurer, Business Permit Division, City Planning and Development Office and all other concerned for their information and record.

RESOLUTION NO. 21

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SCHEDULE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE FEES

WHEREAS, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Resolution No. 760, Series of 2004 provides the schedule of locational clearance fees which local government units can impose prior to issuance of building and/or business permits;

WHEREAS, the 1996 revised schedule of fees being used by Olongapo City is no longer adequate to cover cost of expenses to process locational clearances;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Olongapo deems it beneficial to adopt the aforesaid schedule as one of the sources to fund its developmental programs;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Edwin J. Piano, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in a session assembled to enact the following Ordinance:
