RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod is session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE NO. 155 (Series of 2003)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP890,000.00) TO THE ITEM HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT UNDER CAPITAL OUTLAY OF THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP890,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available 10 the item Hospital Equipment under Capital Outlay of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital

SECTION 2. This appropriation Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

SECTION 3. The pertinent letter request of the Honorable City Mayor Katherine H. Gordon, dated December 11,2003 and the Certificate of Availability of Funds dated December 17, 2003 issued by Mr. Marcelino D. Andawi, City Treasurer are hereby made as integral parts of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

Gordon Memorial Hospital for the purchase of Defibrillator Machine at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

The amount of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PhP930,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Hospital Equipment under Capital Outlay of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital for the purchase of Defibrillator machine.
