ORDINANCE NO. 132 (Series of 2003)

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP246,500.00) TO THE ITEM REPRESENTATION EXPENSE UNDER THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSE OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP246,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Representation Expense under the Maintenance and Other Operating of the Office of the City Mayor, pertaining to the incidental expenses in connection with the following, to wit:

The amount of Forty Five Thousand Pesos (PhP45,OOO.OO) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Representation Expense under the Office of the City Mayor in connection with one (1) day extension of the sponsorship of the City for the festivities/cultural presentation relative to the on-going Hilaga-Northern Philippines Tourism exposition.

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (PhP292,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated and the same is hereby made available to the item Representation Expense under the Office of the City Mayor for the incidental expenses in connection with the participation of Olongapo City for the festivities/cultural presentation relative to the opening of Hilaga - Northern Philippines Tourism exposition conducted by the Department of Tourism held last September 21,26, 27 and 28,2003 at Paskuhan Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

SECTION 2. This appropnatlon Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
