A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY WEST TAPINAC  FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS  AND 35/100  (PHP4,296,360.35) OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY

  

In the interest of public service and on motion of City Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to declare, as it hereby declares the Annual Budget of Barangay West Tapinac  for the Fiscal Year 2013 in the amount of  Four Million Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos and 35/100 (PhP4,296,360.35) operative in its entirety considering that the said budget as contained in Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2013 of Barangay West Tapinac, upon review by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, has substantially complied with the requirements and limitations set forth under Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.  PROVIDED, that the City Accountant is enjoined to observe that the conditions enumerated by the City Budget Officer in her letter dated May 24, 2013 are strictly complied with;

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2013 of  Barangay West Tapinac dated March 20, 2013 and the letter from Ms. Marey Beth D. Marzan, City Budget Officer dated May 24, 2013  be made as integral parts of this Resolution.

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY NEW KABABAE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS & 84/100 (PHP2,293,968.84) OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY

In the interest of public service and on motion of City Councilor Gina Gulanes Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to declare, as it hereby declares the Annual Budget of Barangay New Kababae  for the Fiscal Year 2013 in the amount of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos & 84/100 (PhP2,293,968.84) operative in its entirety considering that the said budget as contained in Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 07, Series of 2012 of New Kababae, upon review by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, has substantially complied with the requirements and limitations set forth under Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.  PROVIDED, that the City Accountant is enjoined to observe that the conditions enumerated by the City Budget Officer in her letter dated April 12, 2013 are strictly complied with;

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 07,  Series of 2012 of New Kababae dated September 17, 2012 and the letter from Ms. Marey Beth D. Marzan, City Budget Officer dated April 12, 2013 be made as integral parts of this Resolution.

In the interest of public service and on motion of City Councilor Gina Gulanes-Perez, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to declare as it hereby declares the Annual Budget of Barangay East Bajac-Bajac for the Fiscal Year 2012 in the amount of Ten Million Seven Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos and 13/100 (PhP10,724,740.13) operative in its entirety considering that the said budget as contained in Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2012 of Barangay East Bajac-Bajac upon review by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, has substantially complied with the requirements and limitations set forth under Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. PROVIDED, that the City Accountant is enjoined to observe that the conditions enumerated by the City Budget Officer in her letter dated July 20, 2012 are strictly complied with;

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2012 of Barangay East Bajac-Bajac dated June 8, 2012 and a letter from Ms. Marey Beth D. Marzan, City Budget Officer date July 20, 2012 be made as integral parts of this Resolution.
