ORDINANCE NO. 08
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE GUIDELINE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATION FOR THE LOSS OF REGISTRATION PLATES FOR MOTORIZED VEHICLES AS REQUIRED BY LTO


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. As required by the LTO, the city may issue upon request a certificate of no complaint or violations pending from the city government in coordination with owner of a lost registered plate of a private or public vehicle.

SECTION 2. The City Mayor or his assigned representative is hereby authorized to affix his signature after determining that there is no pending claims, complaints or violations with regards to the requested certification

SECTION 3. That a fee of Fifty Pesos (PhP50.00) is hereby set as a certification fee to cover the expense for the processing of the same. This shall be paid to the City Treasurer and properly receipted.

ORDINANCE NO. 07
(Series of 2006)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 87-A, SERIES OF 2005 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “ AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY AS ONE WAY, NO PARKING
AND TOW AWAY ZONES


SECTION 1. Certain streets (items c, d, f and g of Section 1) previously declared
in Ordinance No. 87 – A, Series of 2005 as no parking and tow away zones shall also be declared as one way streets, to wit :

a. 25th St, East Bajac-Bajac from Rizal Avenue to Elicaño Street
(also designated route to the following Public Utility Vehicles: J02, J06, J07, J10, J13 and Olongapo Balanga Mini Bus)

b. 26th Street from Elicaño Street to Rizal Avenue

c. Anonas Street from Brill Street to National Hi-way

d. Arthur Street from corner 22nd Place to Happy Valley Rizal Avenue


SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective after required postings in three conspicuous places in the City Hall.
