RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to enact the following Ordinance:


ORDINANCE NO. 43
(Series of 2005)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 39, SERIES OF 2005


BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD IN SESSION ASSEMBLED, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 39, Series of 2005 is hereby amended to read:

This Ordinance shall take effect May 01, 2005.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

RESOLUTION NO. 78
(Series of 2005)

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITY PROJECTS
FOR THE YEAR 2005-2006

WHEREAS, in order to strengthen the capacity of the City to provide better services to its constituents, the City hereby approves the implementation of priority infrastructure projects in different barangays;

WHEREAS, the said complementary projects include general repair and repainting works of various structures, concreting of roads, termite management programs for the Convention Center and the Museum, construction of drainage systems and completion of buildings;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Anselmo A. Aquino, co- sponsored by Councilors Cynthia G. Cajudo, Bella p. Asuncion, Marey Beth D. Marzan, Angelina B. Andrada, Brian Patrick H. Gordon, Edwin J. Piano, Gina G. Perez, Napoleon F. Capistrano and Robine Rose C. Buenafe, with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to approve, as it hereby approves the priority projects for the year 2005-2006.

RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that copy of the said priority projects and their program of works as well as status be made as integral parts of this Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 79

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND IMPLEMENTING THE HOUSE RULES
OF THE OLONGAPO CITY MALL

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Mall which commenced its operations on May 1, 2004 was constructed to respond to the growing demands of the consuming public for a modern and convenient facility for shopping, leisure and recreation;

WHEREAS, the City Mall is situated in the City’s central business district which houses a wide array of shopping convenience with retail and service establishments along with amusement and entertainment facilities that cater to shoppers from the City of Olongapo and neighboring towns;

WHEREAS, as a revenue-generating enterprise of the City, the Mall should be governed by house rules and regulations to serve as guide in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Mall;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marey Beth D. Marzan, co-sponsored by Councilors Cynthia G. Cajudo and Noel Y. Atienza, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to adopt, as it hereby adopts and implements the House Rules of the Olongapo City Mall.
